Coming Home to a New Earth: Asheville Gathering - July, 2018February 19, 2018

Update: Registration is now closed. We reached maximum capacity. Please contact us if you would like to add your name to a wait list - there are always cancellations. If you didn't make it this year we hope to see you next year!

In collaboration with the Asheville Law of One Study Group, L/L Research is happy to announce “Coming Home to a New Earth.” Our focus for the gathering will be upon consciously shifting into fourth density, the next stage of human and planetary consciousness.

Together we will address questions like: What exactly is fourth density? How can we live the new world in our lives right now? What can we do to serve the planet and others in order to facilitate this transition? Along with other associated thoughts because the time is now. Earth is transitioning. Our society is transitioning. And many recognize they are here on Earth precisely for the purpose of assisting and facilitating this transition. Through this workshop we hope simply to help further awaken and quietly strengthen this incarnational service within ourselves.

Begins: Friday, July 20, at 5:00 PM EST
Ends: Sunday, July 22, evening with an evening dinner.

Where:
Flat Rock, North Carolina (about 30 minutes southeast of Asheville) at the gorgeous "Sanctuary in the Pines" at Highland Lake Cove retreat. (Many thanks to the fabulous Jana Amsellem for helping us get set up with the space!)

Format:

This retreat will employ Open Space Technology (OST), which is an approach to event organization where participants co-create the content, the value, the culture, and the leadership that maximizes potential for positive experience. In an Open Space gathering, the agenda is not predetermined (though in our case, we will have several pre-planned experiences on the schedule). Karin, BJ, and Aaron from the Asheville Law of One study group will introduce OST and how it works, facilitating the group in co-creating the agenda that will make up the bulk of the sessions or content for the weekend.

If you have attended an L/L Research Homecoming Gathering, this is not like that. The energies will be Homecoming-esque, but the event will not be similarly structured with pre-scheduled presentations. If you have not experienced Open Space before, please watch this excellent 7-minute overview.

And, if you should feel so moved (we hope you are!), please come prepared with something you would like to share with the group, whether a presentation, an activity, a discussion topic, or anything that may engage others in questions, explorations, and sharings in the spirit of transitioning to fourth density.

Schedule:
1) Three whole-group events will be built into the schedule:

  • Friday: Round Robin Opening Ceremony at 5:00pm in the Sanctuary with dinner at 6:00pm
  • Saturday: Q&A with Jim McCarty in the Sanctuary at 5:00pm
  • Sunday: Closing Ceremony in the Sanctuary at 4:00pm’ish

2) The schedule for Saturday and Sunday otherwise be determined by the group itself on the morning of each day.
