I've been neglecting the bring4th website as well as myself for quite some time now.
I saw so much negativity and was the recipient of negative circumstances in a way that is really testing my ability to stay positive and healthy. I was always the overly optimistic, care-free type and of course it couldn't last. It wasn't balanced or rounded. I needed a dose of reality and to take myself and everything seriously.
While I keep moving forward, at times I feel paralyzed with self-doubt and worry. We live in a world of plenty. There are plenty of terrible things to focus on, plenty of bills to pay, plenty of health issues, plenty of deceptions and plenty of sorrows.
That is the world we have built and all continue to participate in (at various levels/purposes). But I realized that I have to own the fact that I am a Builder. Today I make an oath to be a vigilant, open, creative, pluralistic, proactive Builder with a capital B. I will constantly remind myself in every conscious moment. I will be ready to adapt and change. I will find new ways of doing what once seemed mundane or burdensome. I will cross my boundaries and the ones others create in order to promote the unity and beauty of our differences. I will summon the energy I need in order to progress and gain understanding.
This is the world I will help to build of truth and love. I will have a world with the good and plenty - plenty of cooperation, plenty of smiles, plenty of participation, plenty of expression.
