this is a great collection of recorded mp3 talks given at the Insight Meditation Centre in California.
most of the talks are given by Gil and Andrea; although there are a few others scattered in. They have a sister website with a greater array of guest speakers (http://www.audiodharma.org/)
oh, I forgot to mention their focus. It is on buddhism ... both at an introductory level and also considering deeper concepts. It's a great way 'in' if you don't won't to read some hefty books to start off with. Plus they ground a lot of the concepts in real-world practice; so its easier to relate to.
