I just found a new meditation based on the Michael Newton work. Basically I visualise where I was at the end of my last life. My guide, other people in time/ space at that time and I start asking questions. I can always return to the visualisation as thoughts and ideas slowly come in.
Another one I have, another visualisation is a long set of rooms for different reasons that I have always had. One is a cafe, two cafe's actually, one is for mnemonics, one is for recreational visualisation etc.
