What will be very difficult for society is to accept that some parents have this view. I myself would vaccinate my kids, but I would still not worry about those kids whose parents chose to forego vaccination. Because this is all metaphysical and choices are made even before incarnation. I would not even worry about the children whose parents chose not to have them educated in the system. Other opportunities and experiences would be available to these children. These might actually be the ones that can bring a new system online because they were not brainwashed, etc...
