so what would be the ideal laws ? i mean todays laws mostly allow the bad guys to get away i think thats obvious.
what would be an effective way to implement them? and are there ways to prevent the abuse of power?
i think atlantis was pretty advanced but what exactly caused the downfall?

I may be going off the rails and in to the cornfields, but the way to move forward isn't about defining rules.  It's about people defining their own personal policies according to what they find in their own hearts.  Antecedent to that, of course, we need to go deeply into and see what's up.

Just imagine 7 billion people all sharing one big gigantic house harmoniously--all getting along perfectly--and then we can talk about the ideal laws for when people step out of line. Angel

I don't believe that there are laws in STO worlds, because everyone is seen as part of each other. When it becomes evident that each other self is the Creator, there is no possibility of harming him. I believe that the only exception is wars against STS entities. But even in these cases, STO entities are not blinded by feelings of separation, but continue to love their opponents, and only struggle to remain useful in the service of others.

No laws. Nature itself keeps everyone in balance. If you do something against someone's will, the forces of nature sort of bring you back into harmony.
This was true for a slightly sts world. Not sure about an STO world.
