Through synchronicity, I came across a lot of articles, videos talked about this recently. like the one below

I feel this is important (at my current level of ignorance), and probably fit to some (or many) people's life plan.

to me, it's not through suppression to reach this state, it's through knowledge.

also, just to be clear. I'm not trying to say everyone should be in this state. it's just like different TV stations, "peace and joy" is just one station, and there're many stations. which are all ok to watch any channel people want.

I agree. The state of bliss(peace and joy) is attained through knowledge of truth. One's thoughts/imagination are literally vibrations which effect the whole. If more people were spreading joy and peace then the vibrations of love/understanding would manifest more rapidly. Just as the vibrations of misery have manifested rapidly among some during these times, so can bliss.

Be Grateful No Matter What
With all that is going on in the world and in our lives, it is easy to get disgruntled. Sometimes it is easier to let our thoughts go into the negative channels, where we seem to have a habitual groove, and ruminate on how bad things seem to be.

It takes discipline and effort to switch to a different channel where we can look from a higher perspective with more gratitude. When we do this, it can take us directly into our hearts, and then from our heart’s intelligence we are able to create from a more resourceful place.

Gratitude is the attitude that gives us the inspiration we need so we can feel more love and appreciation for our lives. That is because Gratitude is a powerful energy surge that raises our vibrational frequencies to the level where we can see beyond the immediate appearance of disharmony to the truth of the dynamic force of the Divine working in our lives.

This expansive presence of Pure Potential can work with us to create a life that is more in keeping with what we want to experience. It responds to our thoughts and feelings directly. In the new energy system in which we are living, we have clear choices about how we want to live.

At this time of heightened energy frequencies, we have been given a blank slate where we can formulate our lives. We do this by asking the Universe to work through us so we can be in alignment with the highest wisdom of our Soul. Though this may sound simple, because of our habitual ways of thinking, it takes an extreme focus of attention on what we truly want to experience instead of what we don’t like about ourselves and the lives we are living.

Our focus of attention is a powerful tool, simple but not easy; empowering or disabling, according to the magnetic energy we are projecting into the fields around us. Physics tells us that we have a field of unlimited potential waiting for us to seed our futures.

The magnetic energy of our thoughts and feelings is the seed that creates attraction to a different experience. That is why keeping our energy frequencies as uplifted as possible makes such a difference in what we are experiencing in life.

When there is nothing else we can think of to do, being grateful can be the key that turns the tides of our feelings into the channels of new life and Well being. It is an amazing and powerful tool just waiting for us to put it into action. With this simple tool you can transform your world as you become more grateful for all that you already have in your life and what is being offered to you from All That Is.

Consider how fortunate you truly are, how much Beauty there is in the world, and open up to new feelings of Gratitude and Well being. Just like a dial on a radio, changing the channel to the one that beams out Harmony, Joy and Love will gift you with a totally new perspective.

Then naturally your magnetic field will radiate more of those good vibes, and through the Law of Attraction, your life will begin to make some big changes. That is just the way it works.

During these chaotic and confusing times, how can we gain more clarity?

Clarity is the quality of being clear through developing self-awareness, it is the quality of coherence that is the natural result of having a full comprehension, awareness or perception of something.



To develop strong discernment of the energies around us, we must develop some degree of self-awareness and self-responsibility for the situations we may find ourselves, in order to arrive at some degree of personal clarity.

To develop personal clarity, we need to discipline our intellect to have stillness within, generating a clear inner mirror which allows for engaged detachment to discern outer influences, even when these influences make us incredibly uncomfortable.

Spiritual maturity is the process of dedicating to the expansion of consciousness, in being willing to be uncomfortable in order to stretch beyond personal limitations and control impulses.

Generally, we do not see our personal limitations and areas where we can improve, until we are made very uncomfortable inside ourselves.

This discomfort can be mental, emotional and even physical. Spiritual and emotional growth require that we get comfortable with discomfort, knowing that we can learn something by inquiring on the reasons we feel uncomfortable.

When we have clarity, it produces the authentic state of energetic coherence in such way that it allows more light, intuition, insight and energy to pass through our body transparently.

Clarity supports an increased accurate assessment of our environment and the humble ability to assess ourselves in our competencies, which is an effective tool for gaining self-mastery.

To arrive at personal clarity for increased discernment in order to remain transparent to adversarial or opposing energies, we must do the inner work and be able to resolve, integrate and neutralize the subconscious wounds or emotional conflicts we carry.

The opposing forces use dark manipulation to direct strong resistance to amplify the areas we carry pain, and these events will reveal to us where we have energetic weakness and vulnerability through these unhealed wounds.

Dark forces will continue to agitate us through our energetic weaknesses caused from pain, fear and avoidance in order to generate as much confusion and misery in the human mind as possible.

If we are feeling mental and emotional pain, we must be willing to do the inner work at some level, and ask for help, in order to come to some resolution that allows neutrality to replace the pain.
Clarity and Discernment - Dark To Light

The more clarity we have developed, the more authentic we become and the stronger our energetic aura, the easier it is to repel dark forces.

May we gather together in Perfect Peace and allow our Loving hearts to lead the way forward. May peace be with your heart, mind and body during these chaotic times.

Please only take what is useful for your spiritual growth and discard all the rest. Thank you for your courage and bravery to be a truth seeker. I am God, Sovereign, Free!
