    Is this less than 9 months on maturity of the note? If not, you are opted into securities laws:

    The legal cites other than the securities act reference were quite non-specific, so I couldn't really do a good analysis of this.

    As timing would have it, I couldn't watch the youtube..

    I wouldn't trust a "crazy lady" with something as complicated as contractual obligations. If there was a loophole in contract law so obvious then it would common knowledge and circumvented. You may say it's a secret or say "evidence of absence is not absence of evidence".

    We do indeed live in an oligarchy under the guise of manufactured consent of the masses. It is also correct our monetary system keeps them in power. We may however at any time withdraw our consent predicated by coherent intention and organization. The premise however is missing.

    Legal and moral are seperate concepts. Many "conspiracy theorists" think other wise and fantasize over material such as this.
