Random idea?

i came up with a random idea when i was younger and still don't know what it even does, so i'm just gonna post it here.

a ball, made of glass one way mirrors, reflecting inside. so light gets trapped inside. what would that even do?

You can do that with a box room of all mirrors and get an infinite array of rooms. I made a psychomanteum thread with pictures of a similar concept.
