"Think of yourself as one who appreciates beauty, and appreciate it in yourself. Your desire to serve is a beautiful thing, to be nurtured and encouraged, respected and supported by you whether or not another soul appreciates or supports you and your hopes and your dreams of service."

"Think of yourself as one who appreciates beauty, and appreciate it in yourself", the appreciation of inner beauty is certainly a tough cookie to crack
As long as you believe it's true
I meant that it's hard to do as long as you believe it's hard
Some beliefs are so ingrained in our mind and body (subconscious) that we don't even attempt to question them. Even when the body is giving signals (unpleasant feelings and sensations) that it's not true for us any more.
As soon as we become aware of what is really going on (we're believing lies and our experience is mirroring them back at us, it must, it's a law) and start questioning such a belief and asking the question: Maybe the opposite is more true? though, we discover that embodying our true nature into the current experience is easier than we believed.
Each of us is the almighty Creator, pure Love and Light after all
The ultimate belief an where true inner beauty lies "Each of us is the almighty Creator, pure Love and Light after all", transcending those smaller beliefs builds that momentum or allows the simple bigger truth to shine brighter an brighter.
