Great timing for this quote for me, today I have a big throat/head cold, it actually packs a nice punch discomfort wise but its a great catalyst because I tend to avoid medicine at all costs so it leave me only choice to deal with is to eg complain and be negative about it or turn inward and pain is there but no longer effects me much.. second im not mindfull pain comes back so its like a strong reminder! Haha I know this is just for a small silly matter for a major physical or mental trauma that focus must be much more..
