This was touched on before, but I can't find the thread. Regardless, it's a little spoken part of the Ra Material which could hold some wonderful opportunities. Definitely worth re-visiting - and investigating - with new eyes.

However, judging one's own level of adeptness is pretty much impossible. The ego could also kick in here, ironically for those who need more balancing, thinking one is already rather adept.
I would recommend having a play with this cycle, with meditation, contemplation, remote viewing, astral projection, auric vision, healing, telepathy etc. to see if it's easier.
It's very easy to add a repeating event of a specific amount of days in most calendar software (Apple's iCal, for example). From there, one can view the start of the cycle, and see the key days (four, five and six) for adept training and spiritual access.
If you do decide to document activities, be sure to drop them in here. I have been training telepathy recently using ESP cards. I'll post whether the hit rate (averages 50%, while the statistical average is 20% - already quite a significant increase) is more accurate during these times.
