all the stuff you describe sounds like a Saturn return to me. The idea is that Saturn is a "teacher" that moves thru all areas of your life over the 29 year period (give or take a year for speed fluctuations and retrogrades). This is the time we officially drop all the teenage things we still kinda hold on to. It is when all my high relationships transitioned. One was a "holder-on" that required effort to sever. My brother asked me last year, "when did you cut ties with all you 'friends'?". He was/is experiencing hos Saturn return.

It's a transition period. A new cycle of the Teacher is beginning. Saturn just entered my house of karma for the second time around. It is the "mystery" house that deals with my "hidden" psyche. We'll see what happens. ... Life is like a TV show sometimes.

so I have been thinking about the elements and how they show up in our birthchart. For example, I have mostly water and fire, and less earth and air.
for me it manifests in a way that I am quite emotional and I can sometimes literally feel the emotions boiling up inside me.
When you add fire to the water, the water starts to boil, right? And I found that being around people that are very earthy can kind of have a calming effect on me. But on the other hand I find them to be a bit dull and uninspiring sometimes (I am not talking about anyone here on the forum (Ankh no reason to get "bigshockingeyes" ),but I have a few real-life friends who have lots of earth in their birthchart ).
And air... well I guess the act of smoking is me trying to enhance that air element inside me.
3D I gather you are mostly water and fire, too right? how does it manifest in your daily life?
Can you relate to anything I wrote?

Thanks Meerie! Well i'm interested in your view also considering the stunning sychronicity between the Bible and Elenin travelling the constellation of Virgo and wat it could really mean. Listened to Jordan Maxwell also and his enourmous knowledge about the symbolism in the bible and elsewhere and the importance he put on astrolgy to be the most powerful tool to understand our world that has been repressed for so long.

Astrology does not have to do a lot with astronomy these days. The signs have moved and shifted ( we have Uranus in Aries right now, according to astrology and according to astronomy he is one sign back, if I am not mistaken)

I was referring to the conjunction of Venus and Saturn and the symbolism of Saturn devouring the child of the Virgin. In greek mythology Saturn was known for devouring his own children.

And Oceania, Elenin exists even if it's not the scary phenomenon the fearmongerers are talking about. It's a comet that will pass through the sign of Virgo later in sept.

I thought it was fascinating how someone back when the bible was written, whether you're interested in the content or not, could pinpoint an astronomical occurence that really is taking place in our time. And i'm interested in the synchronicity, which works on both personal and collective levels and astrology is also a form of synchronicity.

Anyone have any experience with their astrological influence changing at some point in their life? I have noticed my horoscopes matching up perfectly for months, but then today it was completely off. And for some reason I went and checked a different one and it was in perfect alignment. Aries to taurus overnight. My own energy has felt different to me as well, so it makes sense. Horoscopes are tricky. Any one of them can be made applicable if you want them to. Honestly, I find them more useful when reading last month's and reflecting on what I went through.

I love astrology, but I have developed my own understanding of what the planets represent, and I most enjoy watching their movement, and connecting the dots I prefer

the general newspaper horoscopes are crap imo. I always joke that they probably have an apprentice somewhere sitting around and the head journalist tells them "now formulate tomorrows horoscopes for all the 12 signs! and keep it as general and vague as possible".
when I have had a particularly rough day, or an especially beautiful day, I check my birtchart with that day's transits (or I do a birthchart for the exact hour, when it is about a special event that occured). I usually get an explanation as to why things happened as they happened, or why I felt the way I felt.
For example yesterday was a bit of a weird day too. But then we had that T-square, with sun and mercury in libra, opposite Uranus and squaring Pluto.
Whoah! powerful plutonic aspect with a Uranian outburst, all triggered by sun and mercury.
