Advice re: Negative Greeting

I had a red reptilian visit me in a twilight state last night. Woke me up from a deep sleep. I stayed calm and tried to cultivate light and love and it went away. Has anyone else experienced this recently? Looking for some guidance/advice...

so this is an excerpt I like. Its in reference to the fifth-density STS companion that began accompanying the group at some point...

What makes you think this was a negative greeting?
