As we have noted, each of the true-color densities has the seven energy centers and each entity contains all this in potentiation. The activation, while in yellow ray, of violet-ray intelligent infinity is a passport to the next octave of experience. There are adepts who have penetrated many, many of the energy centers and several of the true colors. This must be done with utmost care while in the physical body for as we noted when speaking of the dangers of linking red/orange/yellow circuitry with true-color blue circuitry the potential for disarrangement of the mind/body/spirit complex is great. However, the entity who penetrates intelligent infinity is basically capable of walking the universe with unfettered tread.

I view it as one who is free from distortion, one to whom all paradoxes have been resolved. I believe this is why Ra referred to the Buddha as the “All in one”. When you penetrate intelligent infinity, you have returned to the source and have shed the biases and preconceptions of prior states of consciousness or understanding.

I already read many unbelievable things that 3D masters can do. In hindu scriptures is talk about siddhis (powers that Yogis can achieve through the kundalini awakening). That siddhi looks like what Ra said:

That is one of my favorite quotes in the Ra Material. The way I interpret it is: one is no longer bound by the limitations of the universe. We humans are quite limited. We are bound to this planet and this life. One who is unfettered, can go anywhere, and be at any time. Distance is not an issue. He or she is able to terminate their incarnation if they so desire, but being STO the adept generally has a strong desire to stay and serve others in their new capacity.

Contact with Intelligent Infinity is akin to unity consciousness. So, the Law of One is a true reality for that individual. It’s hard to speak about it because I haven’t had contact with Intelligent Infinity so I cannot describe the consciousness of it. But I imagine that the universe is opened up to one (the universe is a macrocosmic reflection of the microcosm, which is the self. And vice versa.) "Zero time" is an interesting concept. The below is what I've found on it and it may give some further insight into what walking the universe with unfettered tread entails.

We refrain from calling the first emanation of the sun-body light, for we wish to distinguish between the timeless, spaceless light which is limitless and a child of this light which is radiation of the light as you experience it upon your level of existence and as others experience it in theirs.

At the photon level, light is all that there is. This limitless light is the background created by Love before any articulated creation made from Light. This Light Everlasting, shall be as always, infinitely creating in an infinite and eternal present. At this level, light is a thought. That is, it is a perfect creation of a thought. It does not contain error but is a creature of utter Love containing the infinite intelligence without distortion.

I am Q’uo, and am aware of your query, my brother. We would call this a discipline of the personality that would reflect what you would call the level of one’s spiritual understanding that would allow entities to move throughout the one Creation in thought and in what you would call zero time. Most entities of the third and the fourth density vibrations move with the aid of mechanical devices that allow the physical vehicle to be transported in time through space. As these entities continue upon the evolutionary journey and improve their means by which they seek union with the one Creator then are opened to them the disciplines of the personality that allow movement without the necessity of mechanical devices.

Definition of unfettered: not confined or restricted.

I take 'zero time' to be a boundary of the universe. Once an entity crosses this boundary they can identify with/become all that there is in suspension, which then allows them to re-enter into whatever specific temporal and spatial point desired.

I imagine this to be extremely difficult to achieve in third density as the amount of prana and focus needed to stop time (as per your perspective) would be incredible.

A long time ago I received the intuitive insight that the speed of light is the boundary between space/time and time/space.  If you go faster than the speed of light, you are in time/space.

That fits so well with the quote above.  By the laws of relativity, as an object approaches the speed of light, its mass becomes infinite and time ceases - this is standard, accepted physics, and the exact mirror image of what Ra states to be the case in time/space (time becomes infinite and mass ceases), as an object approaches the speed of light from the opposite direction (faster than light).

Here's another interesting and relevant relativistic effect: a photon has no mass, and always travels at the speed of light.  Therefore, from the photon's "point of view", no time passes, whatsoever between the moment it is emitted, and the moment it is reabsorbed - even if it has crossed the entire breadth of the Universe.  This is again standard, accepted physics.  It sure sounds like the "zero time" referenced in this discussion!

I'll express some fragmentary thoughts here - perhaps someone else here will be able to fit the pieces together more fully.

What I'm getting from this so far is that a photon of light is the closest physical manifestation to the original thought of God, and (as physics confirms) it exists in an eternal present - no time passes for it. It is also the place where space/time and time/space meet and are joined or united into one whole. A very powerful place to be.

In addition, it is possible for consciousness to reach the speed of light (whatever that means for a consciousness!) and thereby approach that boundary between time/space and space/time, from which you can then "re-materialize" wherever/whenever you wish in any place or dimension in all of Creation.

How does one do that? Apparently, by opening the gateway to Intelligent Infinity - which may also be the gateway to reaching the speed of light with one's consciousness (again, whatever that means).

About "reaching the speed of light with consciousness" I said, "whatever that means" - but what could it mean? Here's one thought:
The identities we experience are all illusory, because we are all the Creator. Our consciousness has the capacity to unite with - become one with - anything. At present, our consciousness is united with a bunch of illusory concepts that collectively define our mind/body/spirit complex. But shamans are able to unite their consciousness with animals, and experience their consciousness - which is of course really the One Creator's consciousness - through the animal, temporarily. That's just an example, which suggests that we can unite our consciousness - become one with - the original Light, undistorted, existing in timelessness.

Perhaps that is how this feat of skimming the boundary is accomplished. By becoming pure enough to be able to unite with pure Light, we are able to unite with the original thought of the Creator that is above all particulars and details of creation. (not with the Creator himself - that would be a higher level still). That pure Light is like the original water source from which all the infinite rivers and streams of creation flow - therefore, once you've reached that spot, you can choose and enter any one of those channels, traveling anywhere you wish to be in the Creation, all of which is subordinate to that Light.

I think Ra said there is no mass. The speed of light is approximately 300.000 km/s. If the speed of light is the boundary between space/time and time/space and the difference between the planes is the frequency of vibration, I suppose the speed of photon vibration of each plane increase as they are more close of the higher colors.

The time in the etheric plane passes equal to the physical plane. The time on lower, middle and higher astral planes change as the higher frequencies are experimented.

There is no true movement at all. There is no movement happening, the way we think of movement, what so ever. Light does not move, and rather operates as a static field, one after another, to give the illusion of movement. This static field is consciousness/unconscious.

In time-space this is much more apparent, and potentially speaking, carries or contains alot of function/magical working. To understand there is no movement, sheds light and reveals a deeper truth/reality of all things. Or rather The Thing.

Because in creation location=entity/beingness, and all things are one.
