Very  blessed indeed, it can be fine tightrope to walk sometimes when attempting so..
The second paragraph is a crucial distinction when facing those negative emotions that is "to gaze upon itself with an unblinking eye, not troubled by judgment but remaining within a peaceful and unconcerned heart".  The last word in particular unconcerned heart.. Concerns can be a nice indication that catalyst has arrived.
