While acknowledging the truth that crystal are tools, and not a "fix all" solution; And aside from aesthetic interests or hobbying- are there are any crystals/stones you use , or carry regularly because you actually get helpful results from them?

What I have in mind are more stones that are "self-regulating", that perhaps provide a helpful base for things and don't need clearing. Like, for the lower rays..rather than stones used in directed meditation.

But, im interested in any experiences you've had. Smile

I have an orgonite pendant that I wear with some gold in it and lemurian quartz.
I believe it has nano iron in it too.

When I first wore it, it helped with bad dreams. But I've seemed to have those more lately regardless.
Because I'm doing more spiritual work.

I got into rocks and crystals because my grandmother collected them for completely non-esoteric decorative reasons, and on her downsizing I received some of her collection. Also I think they're pretty. I don't tend to use stones in direct meditation though that might change, I don't feel compelled to use my rocks as spiritual tools.

    For the most part.

I wear one crystal almost every day. I spent like, an hour browsing a large selection until it popped out from where it was hiding and said "hello, I will serve you as your every day grounding crystal". It's ruby in zosite, which is a red and green stone, that connects the third eye to the heart, grounds creativity. It asked me to take it off before going to my childhood home (which a ley line runs over) and to bring different stones for that purpose. It has an odd combination of both masculine and feminine energy and bringing it into my life has enabled me to actualize my creativity. Technically, I have, but it brings a bit of an energy with it that makes it easier to slide into that path. It isn't a protective stone and does its best work if I leave it sitting over my heart. It's also what I use as a pendulum if I use one, because it knows my energy well.

I’m not much into crystals or stones. My stance is a lot like yours. I have a stone that I have placed on my altar, I totally forgot what kind it is, but it’s suppose to encourage psychic perception. Whether it works or not, I don’t know but I keep it there.
I used to have a beautiful quartz crystal that I kept on my altar but it disappeared. Another stone that I’ve used on my altar but no more is a piece of obsidian. I live in the southwestern desert in the USA so it’s pretty common to find in the mountains. Obsidian is good for grounding energy.

A user on this forum had sent me a couple precious gems, but I haven’t found a use for them yet. If they’re real (and I can’t tell), it might be helpful to use to set the environment, so to speak, for my focused meditations on the Tree of Life.

I’m just not very knowledgeable on their uses and attributions. My mom likes to use stones and wear them. She’s noticed that certain stones and gems affect her differently. I have a better sense for incense.

I am like Nau7ik, I know very little about stones, I have just always loved rose quartz and obsidian without really knowing their benefit, but like Nau, I am completely clear about incense which I love. I can tell if it’s good quality, how favorable it is. It’s like innate knowledge, really funny. I definitely incarnated in India, lol

Do you prefer Indian incense over Tibetan incense?

I have more of a fondness for Tibetan things.

Have you burnt India Temple incense? It’s no doubt my absolute favorite. The scent is, heavenly. They use that word to describe it on the packaging and I have to agree. It’s a ‘heavenly’ scent.

I enjoy using Tibetan sandlewood for meditation. I’ve only tried Tibetan sandlewood and jasmine though.

Jasmine is a scent that is associated with the night and personally I would say sex. It has that feel to me. I can’t remembwr exactly but I think jasmine is attributed to Yesod, the sphere of the moon, which has definite tones of sexuality. (Magical image is a strong naked man.)

With Frankincense, I feel like it’s a “solar scent”. Olibanum is traditionally attributed to Tiphareth, the sphere of the sun, but I haven’t been able to find any in stores. Olibanum and Frankincense are different but similar.

I love jasmine so much as a flower but curiously not that much in incense, so I am probably asexual !! I mean it is lovely but it doesn't t transport me, lol. India Temple if it is the same one as yours is I totally agree wonderful. Tibetan sandalwood I love but I have also come to love the japanese incense which I didn't favor too much at first.

Sandalwood is absolutely my connexion. When I was a child my father went to India and brought me back a tiny fan made of sandalwood, I still remember the first time I smelt it. I would keep my nose on it and close my eyes, my parents thought I was bonkers.lol

Good sandalwood is incredible. Sorry to derail more this thread !! Wink

quartz, crystal especially easily programmed and can retain memory good for all energy centers as far as I am concerned. Blue sodalite is pretty good for the blue ray. Lapis Lazuli is good for the indigo ray, excellent in fact and Amethyst is excellent for the 6th ray and the 7th isn't one that is in need of balancing according to those of Ra. You should consider cleansing the crystals before using. Cold water and basic table salt will work (without iodine), place in a clear gass in the sunlight over night, rinse and use.
