As far as my experience goes, I found my creator, and our relationship is confusing.  It hurts me, I learn for it, I beg it to stop hurting me, it continues as it will, I stop cooperating and it leaves me alone for a little bit until I inevitably crawl back out of curiosity like a dumb cat.  It gives me a life where I ruin everything and when I ask why 'this', it gives me the cold shoulder.

It's easy if you stepped in and out back and forth a few times.

Otherwise it needs a lot of support and guidance and the transition often make use of 3D incarnation to distill facets of the distortions that make the negative polarity. And that's only when there's a will to resolve and heal, otherwise it takes time for the negative polarity to express itself in full and complete its role.
