An astral traveller said some years ago, governments of United States and Russia started to train remote viewers as spying agents.
He said there are now protections against remote viewers in the Kremlin and the Pentagon, making it impossible or dangerous to go there mentally.
For the sake of curiosity do you know what are these protections, are there of electromagnetic nature or psychic nature ?

Since the conditioned popular conception of so-called "remote viewing" (including the ideas subscribed-to by the supposed "experts" who actually engage in it militarily/corporatistically in service of nationalistic or bloc factions, or who pseudo-learnedly and dramatically merely discourse on it in the media) is itself part of an already-wielded, unified field of weaponized general conditioning -- quite well established (i.e., "believed/disbelieved in" undiscriminatingly by most people) -- it is child's play to introduce further, more precisely-targeted distortions to the original pattern of applications to augment or diminish any efforts by anyone operating without knowledge of the true mechanisms involved. This finer control only reinforces more securely within the established disinformational domain of the ongoing STS psyop various low-cunningly deceptive lines of action and narrative. STO beings above a certain level are not completely limited by this cynically-distorted state of affairs in their own extended perceptions and activities, and they multifariously reinforce the laudable tendencies of sincere seekers of truth to non-reactively and forthrightly focus attention positively and much more playfully open-endedly on love-filled potential circumstances that afford human durability and freedom of choice amidst any amount of negativity.
