I'm good, I still experience random flares of anger and sadness, I think about it daily but the thoughts wear off until there's nothing left to think about. I've been doing some Tarot readings and it just confirms that this is the way.
I'm back to the gym and eating well, over the weekend abused video games to escape but I guess it's part of the rebuilding, healing.
How about you, you doing well?
I discovered 8.4mph is exactly how fast I have to go to outrun this perticular demon. makes me laugh to think I can outrun demons/inner turmoil.
Writing stuff out to burn/release seems to help too.
I'd say video games to give your heart/brain a rest is good, just a break, can't work all the time.
No long term effects like alcohol or drugs so it seems like a good choice.
Last night was the first night I slept more than 4 hours so I'd say it's an improvement.
