    Sounds good Q.

I'm actually trying to change my user name to something a little more creative (don't see that as default functionality in the Preferences)

You might want to create a new thread in Olio asking how to change your user name.

It's been awhile since I played around with this. I forgot if the attached spreadsheet program was modified to do 18-day cycles or if it came like that originally. But it should work fine under Excel or Open Office.

    Hello!

We've got a first release of our "Spiritual Workings Cycle Day Calculator" temporarily hosted here:

    http://eleven-seventeen.com/beta/s1/SpiritualDays.html

Please have a look, try it out and reply back with any improvements, bugs or suggestions you may uncover.

It would be helpful if you could be as descriptive as possible when reporting specific actions, behaviors or designs that you feel should be changed. It would also be nice if you could try to give an indication of how important you feel the changes are. A good system I'd like to suggest we follow is to use "Must Have", "Should Have", "Nice to Have".

    For example:

The calculator "Must Have" the ability to also show overlaid moon cycles in order to be called complete...

The tool "Should Have" at least one inspiring image or graphic other than the rainbow background...

It would be "Nice to Have" the ability to hide the calculation controls/buttons to remove clutter on the chart...

Once everyone has had a chance to give feedback, we'll prioritize any changes into a new "iteration" of work and focus on those for the next release.

    Enjoy!

BTW, as of now I'm nearing day 13 of my 18 day spiritual cycle! (in case you were curious) Smile

Cool! Would it be possible to have today's date, or the reference date if one is chosen, at the center of the display? (This is a "should have," in my opinion.) BTW, it took me a minute to figure out what "Change reference date" meant.

Nice to have: see the other biorhythms as well. Here's one site with a biorhythm calculator: http://www.care2.com/greenliving/biorhythms.html

Wow, this is really nice looking. I noticed over the last week or so I've been extremely efficient with my work-a-day life, getting my work done early and even doing long over-due tasks such as consolidating my student loans and other mundane work. Yellow chakra has been very clear lately. I'm just coming out of the low portion of my cycle according to this chart so perhaps this is in part explanatory. Smile
Say, I was wondering, maybe our female members can help- Are the powerday cycles in any way correlated with female menstrual cycles? I thought perhaps there may be, E.g. the very bottom of the powerday cycle might align with ovulation or perhaps the start of the menstruation? It's rather crude perhaps since the P.D. cycle can't overlap perfectly being that it consists of 19 days, and (correct me if I am wrong) the menstruation cycle is usually three days before the start of the previous one in the previous month (i.e. roughly 27 days). Maybe there is a direct overlap every three or four months? What do you think, any good line of thinking in this?

    Wow, this is really cool!
    http://eleven-seventeen.com/beta/s1/SpiritualDays.html

    -Thanks, Seeking One!

-I'm rock bottom of my current cyle and I cut my index finger last night and through out my back doing heavy lifting today.

-On a very interesting note, it turns out that my girlfriend and I are on the same cycle! She is five and a half years younger than me.
As of today we have both completed 13 days. she has 713 full cycles and I have 821.

-Can anyone tell me what the odds are of two people being on the same cycle? I'm really curious!

One in eighteen, or about 6%.

    Hey SeekingOne,

It would be "Nice to Have" a way of looking up any date in your past to see where you were at in a cycle on such and such a date. For example, I'm a bit curious to know where I was at on my wedding day. Smile

How about the odds of two people being on two of the same cycles? My son and daughter are two and a half years apart in age and they are on the identical emotional (28-day) and intellectual (33-day) biorhythm cycles.

To answer your question, peelstreetguy, I guess the odds would be one in 18, since it's an eighteen-day cycle.

    Thanks, 3D Sunset.

I was thinking that but wasn't sure.
Lavazza, It is possible to check any date using the referance date thing.

    Hi βαθμιαίος,

Interesting question. The cycles would intersect one time in every 924 days. So your second child was born on the first occurance of the intersection of your first child's two cycles. Thus they were born 924 days, or about 2 years 6.5 months apart.

That would equte to about a 0.108% chance.

    Probably not a coincidence.

Thanks, 3D. No, probably not a coincidence! The interesting thing is that they get along really well. I wonder if the fact that they're always on the same emotional and intellectual cycles helps with that because one's never down when the other one is up.

Probably so, I don't think I've ever known of two people with those cycles in common before. Just to answer the last (as yet unasked) question, all three cycles would only reconverge after a little more than 58 years (21252 days to be exact). This would be a about a .0047% chance. It obviously happens, but I'd be socked if any two such people knew each other.

PS: Their mom points out that having children amplify each other's emotional and intellectual states is not always a picnic for the parents!

Ive realized something rather fascinating, my waveform probably differs from most in that i seem to be peaking days 2 3 4 5 6 and again during 13 14 15. meaning the crossing points "0 and 9" are my lowest.

Hello to all, in love and light. I am brand new to this forum, and just started learning the Ra material in depth. My question is about the sessions (94 I believe) where Ra talks about the biorhythms and the 18 day cycle of the adept. I also found, on this site, the automatic cycle calculator, and would like to better understand its usefulness, how to use it. Why, for instance, what does this statement mean: “Be aware of days where any part of a cycle intersects the zero point (0%), and especially if two or more cycles do this simultaneously.“?

I was just playing with the calculator, and I put in the date of May 9, 2020 bc I had to euthanize my very sick dog on that day, and it was emotionally/mentally/physically trying. I noticed that 2 of my lines intersected the 0 point on this day, and I’m not sure what that means.

hello mm lessons, welcome here, it is a nice place to exchange info, quite lovely in fact with very patient people and quite well informed. I am patient but not always well informed BigSmile

I do not think you should worry to much about the zero point and one or two lines intersection though I have to say it seems for you to have been specifically difficult recently. My adept line and emotional line intersected at the zero point on may 6th and I think something happened that day for me but I can't remember what it was (!) but there was something, because on May 7th when I woke up I thought about it and thought well, it used to be my mum's birthday, how interesting. I have no idea today what it was, perhaps just intense work !!

I love deeply the Ra materiel, so I hope it is as lovely to you as it is for me. Just as an added note, in the same session as Ra mentions the cycle, he does add that we shouldn't make too much of it, as with adepthood growing, we are less and less susceptible to the fluctuations.. lol you might be a quite good adept already !!

Best wishes on your journey !
