I thought it was fake, but it's apparently legit. There's a Wikipedia article about it and everything. How strange. I can't really imagine how or why they would make a song like that. They seemed so clean-cut.

These Canadians and one talented hick from Arkansas or some damned place produced the finest Americana genre music during the 60s and 70s.  These cats ooze talent and were one of the best, most influential bands of the day.
