try not to be so critical
don't be so quick to judge

much happens behind the scenes
see the mirror and not the smudge

try not to be so rigid
allow room for your viewpoint to grow

remember it's only your opinion
don't speak from up high to down low

try not to offer advice
as if you know what is best

for we're all equals on the path
from preaching take a rest

try not to take things personal
assumptions make a fool

if you seek to be of service
then just live the golden rule

there is this wonderful elixir
that keeps one feeling vibrant and clear

when you surrender to its power
releasing the thoughts by which you steer

it is know as meditation
a mind that has gone blank

an easy way to get there
is to continuously thank

let gratitude be your mantra
until joy makes you glow

you can perceive illumination
like a laughing baby it will show

devote some time to inner silence
treat it as a sacred ritual

add it to your daily routine
until being quiet becomes habitual

love's a healing balm
whose center's always calm
a well that doesn't go dry

it's waters are so refreshing
it will leave you second guessing
how can such splendor exist?

an answer will not come
the part can't know the sum

some days seem better

it all comes down
to one's perspective

you can give up control
or be very selective

confusion is created
by our freedom of will

not sure when to move

you are in a crowded room
everywhere you look
another pair of eyes

you can't stare for too long
must keep moving along
the wall doesn't mind

you are walking down a path
about fifty feet away
your eyes first connect

both heads go down
glancing at the ground
we nod as we get near

like the joy of flying in a lucid dream

like the way dolphins play with toroidal bubbles
like a child laughing heals the days troubles

like the feeling of cob squishing under one's feet
like the hug that's shared when soul mates meet

like the goofs we are when we think we're alone
like the dazzling display of a skipping stone

the silent source pours forth
in never ending supply

like a bottomless well
with no sign of running dry

this is what we are
at the core and center

an ocean of potential
welcoming all waves to enter

can you relate by resonance?
do you find this to ring true?

how would your life change?
knowing that all outside was you

wouldn't you be more careful?
with the words you choose to say

wouldn't you want to love?
each character that you play

why not test this out?
we can dream other dreams

our senses are really filters
space is more crowded than it seems

there are parallel universes
just slightly our of phase

projections from the central sun
our lives are simply rays

feedback the one is after
we are the learning loops

mountains can be moved
much easier in groups

slay the dragon of doubt
rejoice in reclaiming your power

seek to create beauty
it is time for humanity to flower

more immanent than a volcano
that is gearing up to blow

only one thing here is permanent
the rest will come and go

our presence is as ancient
as when the universe was first spun

we are forever innocent
one can't judge what is not done

the creation is still in progress
the miracles are ongoing

the heart of the creator
keeps on growing and growing

a love with no limits
and just as equally wise

with the addition of free will
came of a life full of surprise

an angel is a being of limitless light
one who has never veiled it's pure sight

they protect and comfort but only when asked
in the vibration of love their continually basked

they've never incarnated and never will
they'll give you a nudge up the steepest hill

while we adventure they guard the home fort
their the first to greet us when this life we abort

invite their presence as a daily routine
the heart can feel them but they can't be seen

call in the elements and the four directions
pray for their help with difficult selections

the essence of innocence is what they share
they lighten the weight of the load you bear

their attention is attracted when the truth is sought
for they've never veered from the original thought

and inject it into the heart of any being who was in pain
and give them relief

there is so much pain here on this orb
sometimes its just hard to absorb
and i feel like i cant take it, that i wont make it
that i have to break it
i just want an end to it all

let nature run its course

a planet where people actually do care
where there is a chance to be healthy and happy

it's quite hard to believe
there are people that grieve
starving at the brink of death

creation puts out so much
abundance to taste and touch
on its life sustaining out breath

just look at the bountiful berries
helped to grow by the faeries
existing in exuberant excess

humans have found a way
to disconnect from nature's play
making it seem like there is less

but there is more than enough
if our bellies we don't stuff
with the birds we can even share

food is what keeps us grounded
from monsanto lets get unbounded
farming organically shows we care

together we'll gather our skills
herbs are true medicine not pills
what craft will you teach the young?

the great remembering is a revival
reclaiming the tools for survival
why do the gentle get stung?

an imaginary divide

there is not the creation
against some other side

it is all one unit
made up of selves

in parallel realms
we exist as elves

everything dances
from molecules to galaxies

the truth isn't changed
by any of our fallacies

silence permeates all

the only real difference

living from the center
this pristine present moment i enter

and what do i find?
but the deepest of wells
this healing nectar goes straight to my cells

refueled with vigor
i appreciate life
this feeling of gratitude is plump and rife

and all i had to do
was relax into now
this mysterious existence leaves me in wow

love is so powerful
like water it smooths
this gentle washing away of rough grooves

overflowing with joy
mind has been polished clean
this silent clarity keeps me serene

there is nothing to seek
all longings dwindled away
this day is asking for spontaneous play

so i sing a happy tune
that poured forth in the shower
this song is a seed that has gone to flower

steady increments of living light
creation gets fuller as it gets more bright

advancing through the rainbow 'till we reach pure white
the Creator then goes to sleep as day recedes to night

but it is not the end for we'll be flung out again
an awakening will happen but no one knows when

consciousness has a cycle that is bound to be mysterious
humans keep the balance between the fun and the serious

as our skin makes it seem

just different points of view
from which the one does dream

have you heard of the analogy?
where each wave contains the ocean

to advance quickly upon the path
the secret lies in devotion

for when you dedicate your life
to a simplistic cause

the angels gather round

for this illusions so distracting
it pulls you from your purpose

much like a roller coaster
other times like a circus

and that is fine...enjoy and dine
on the earth planes many pleasures

but don't forget that deep inside
your heart holds the greatest treasures

I stood before the great crystal central sphere- my mother's beating heart, and I opened myself as a living channel of the Light to which she is the eternal Bride. I became filled with light and poured myself into her, and filled each heartbeat with the love beyond meaning. And I was taken up, and surrounded, and I became as that of Light, and my consciousness soared to the edges of space and time, and I was transcended and limitless, my thoughts transmuting into that single One Original Thought- the purest Love of Awareness.

And in all things was my own reflected, and there was naught untouched by my Love, and the All turned itself toward where my body sat as a crystalline beacon in the darkness, and that which I beheld was magnificent beyond words- a creature as fragile as spiderwebs and as resilient as steel; a creature whose layers of being spiraled into infinity, connected by gossamer ties of energetic resonance. I beheld my own beauty from the eyes of the One, and my perfection was redounded from the bottom of the spiral to its very apex, my Love and my Wisdom and my Power amplified and re-amplified through the facets of my own crystalline being.

And I heard His voice speaking in words that are meaningless to the ears, but coalesce in the chambers of the heart, and given to me was understanding, and the appreciation of our sacred geometry, and I was let down by many hands back into the realm in which I have chosen to serve, my being a cup filled with the One's light, from which the peoples of the world may drink and be sated. This is the rite of the Spoken Unspoken, and I rejoice in thanksgiving.

think of the future...of what you wish to create

did this give you a glimpse of the power you possess?
what if to each person you started to bless?
