I've had a few dreams that could have been mistaken for nightmares (what is a nightmare anyway? lol) but on further consideration and analysis they were just a re-experiencing or the un-doing of a knot of fear or a fearful thoughtform.

and even though the emotional tenor of that dream/experience was one of fear/anxiety/relief-in-waking-up, the 'aftereffect' was not one of self-doubt or undermining ... which allowed me a accept the experience for what it was - the undoing of fear through the re-experiencing of it, and seeing it for the 'dream' or imagined reality that fear really is.

does that make any sense lol? I had a dream to show me the effects of fear were unreal, by experiencing the emotion of fear and then waking up to see that the fear had no 'reality'. Yah, convoluted, I know : d

Tons of dreams, but an interesting theme that has been developing is that in the few dreams I have involving guns being fired at me (maybe once every 1-2 months), they never seem to hit me.

Last dream I had last night involved being at like best buy and one of the guys fixing my family's computer got frustrated and actually damaged it more and the hoped we wouldn't notice. Some huge asian guy, like 7 feet tall. I confronted him just because he needed to be involved in the resolution process of fixing the item but he wasn't having anything of it and pulled a gun on me at point blank range and fired. I moved my hand to divert the barrel but I had the impression that the bullet when through me because of the guy's wide eyed stare after he fired and how he didn't struggle when I removed the gun from his hand. I didnt feel a bullet so I didn't check myself. The dream ended as the store manager did not want to get involved becuse of the gun, and an old actually crazy client of mine wanted me to a sign a sheet handing power of attorney for the dispute over to her - I considered it for a second and then ripped the sheet up . I think the dream was another power related dream.

What's interesting is for the past year and half years, I've probably had 6-7 dreams involving guns being fired at me at rather close range. Each time I never get hit (or perhaps get hit unknowingly).

I hope this doesn't affect me if someone actually pulls a gun on me in real life lol.

For me, I occasionally remember snippets or often nothing at all. As I said, recently, I've been getting more clear messages and symbols. I quit smoking cigarettes (again) just within the past few months so I find that in my dreams I'm often looking for a smoke from someone, and it's often there that my jumping off point of recollection comes to me. A little ironic, but I'll take it.

I think as caycegal said, as with anything it's intention, I think if we start forgetting our dreams sometimes, we wake up without a memory, and it's easy to get into the habit of sleep being a dark place of just "rest" for our tired bodies and minds without a lot of excitement. I think a lot of forgetting has to do with the veil and the work we do in our dreams, the learn/teaching we do that's 4D+ that we can only access subconsciously yet at this stage. Substances and things we ingest have a lot of effect on dreams (minus the setting of intentions) - I've smoked marijuana for a long while so I think that adds a depressing affect upon dreams, where as when I used to drink alcohol, it would always end up with very vivid dreams. Eating certain foods before sleeping can affect how we dream too, though I think a lot of that is the unconscious sleep-interpreting indigestion.

Anyway, as I said, I've only been dictating my dreams for a week. This was my 3rd successful attempt out of 6 or 7, and I had a clear and amazing experience. So it comes very highly recommended as a practice! Prior to me making the actual regular attempts at intention, I was definitely noticing that almost all of my dreams occurred "after school" or "after work" in often similar building structures with lots of mystery. This was confirmation to me that I was teach/learning/"working" in my dream world so now I'm really curious where I go, and eventually it would be great if I could set me intentions to do specific work and maybe help specific people? I'm not sure. I spend a lot of time "after work" at my old job where I still care for many people who work there and had an irrational attachment to seeing the place do well, to the point where I martyred myself. So I'm very interested in the phenomenon and I will definitely keep you guys informed if I have anymore exciting and uplifting journeys or messages!

When I smoked a 1-4 bowls a day for multiple days a week for a year a few years back in my medicinal marijuana days, I would never dream or at least never remember my dreams. I've maybe smoked twice in the past year due to the anxiety it started to produce now. My pothead friends describe similar dream effects. It's interesting to say the least. On the other hand smoking pot definitely helped me think outside the box. It's an interesting herb

Eckhart Tolle puts it very well, I think: Drugs such as alcohol, pot, etc. can help quiet the mind by taking us BELOW thought. (I guess that means it returns us to a state something like 2D.) Through meditation we learn to go ABOVE thought, where thought is still accessible to us as a tool but no longer rules our lives. (4D and above.)

I still don't understand what role thought plays in the higher dimensions - or why we need to learn to "quiet the mind." Guess it'll become clearer as I go along.

This makes sense, thank you. I had a nap this afternoon where I had a "nightmare" - someone had stolen my purse and therefore the last of my money - and I flipped! I was so irate in the dream! My husband said I was making obvious distress sounds and he tried to wake me to no avail. When I finally woke up later I had no residual fear, but was still drained emotionally which I have kind of been all day. I've had some money stresses today, but I'll allow the imagery of the dream reorient my priorities.

There was a gun in mine too, an "air gun" - the thief pointed it at me and shot me in the face, which was scary but just made me more angry. This is probably when my husband tried to wake me.

Interesting thought. I've always felt the two drugs allowed an easier entry into the collective unconscious, which I suppose could be more of a 2D place. My husband has a bad back and insomnia so it's a medicinal fixture in this house - my uses for it have dwindled and I've tried to pull back a bit but he gets a little defensive. Hard to balance "doing what's best for me" and "not making you feel like a fool for making a different decision".

So, I had some talk with some 'entities' last night before heading to bed. He/she/they/it were still willing to help me raise my vibration and assist with healing through dreams.

Towards that end last night, I at one point dreamt of visiting my friend in a secret lair he had deep underground. From this point, my brother arrived with 3 helicopters. All my family piled in and the helicopters took off flying low over ground and doing crazy stunts. One of the few times I remember feeling inertia in a dream. It was pretty cool. After that, I was picked up in a Porsche by one of the autistic clients I'm working with. Not only did he have a tricked out car, but he also had a rad stereo. We did some crazy driving (there was a break pedal and gas on both sides!). And then he played my favorite song on his audio system. As it was playing, I managed to hear where some eq would help tune his system. (I'm such an audio nerd!)

Agreed. With marijuanna it becomes very easy to access 'subconscious' perception. For example, try hearing subliminal messages in non-vocal mass-media.

Many sources have referred to marijuana as 4th density training wheels. At some point you don't really need the training wheels anymore.

Is it just hard for him to see that you don't join him or what?

It's difficult, because as I said, he uses it for more medicinal pain relief purposes and lately it just makes me feel more tired since my anxiety is much lower. He knows deep down (or higher up?) that I'm a few steps ahead of him and he's keeping up as best as he can, but he still clings to some things, which is his prerogative. He's already given up so much "junk" that we used to consume for me in a short period that I can't ask him to do more than he's willing, since he's done so much. Marijuana always has been a fixture so the few times I've refused it (just recently) have been sort of a shock to his system. He's smoked for more than half his life, since a young boy. Same with cigarettes and we've just finally succeeded in eliminating them completely, which is hard for him, since he's a writer and smoking is definitely a part of his "process". Anyway. It's an interesting path we've decided to take with each other, and while "The Law of One" by name is a foreign concept to him at this juncture, I just try to live by example. Every day he gets more and more onboard with my "magical" perspective of thinking, and STO perspective, which is all I can ask!

I've seen hemp referred to before as an "alien" plant even, since it's unique in how distinct its male and female strains are. Female - medicinal, male - hemp, which will I personally believe will be the plant that saves our world if we allow it to. Hemp replaces plastics, fuels, paper, clothing, etc, etc, etc! As you can see I have a love for hemp/marijuana that allows it to hold such a near place to me yet.

A group of dogs ran up to me seemingly to introduce themselves. The last dog of mine was there, a Siberian husky. Though my attention was drawn to a different husky, that was a lighter shade of blue/grey. It was strange how my attention was so drawn to the other dog, while the coloring itself did not stand out until I woke up. In all there were maybe eight dogs that had ran up to me.

I was in this restaurant suspended over a dry lake. From what I recall, people started dying all around me. Apparently demonic parasites and creatures were coming from nowhere and killing everybody.

I ran out of the restaurant along with everyone else. As I was crossing the bridge towards the city that surrounded it, I saw two large pits in the dry lakebed filled with a purple ooze that was apparently acting as a portal for the transient demons/parasites/disease that were killing everybody. Not only was there an intangible disease coming from them but random creatures were showing up everywhere as well.

Soon everything started flooding and whatever was in the purple ooze was contaminating the entire water supply and the whole city. More and more people started dying.

What I saw later in the dream shocked me: People started intentionally breaking the ground beneath them and bathing themselves in the water. In the dream, I started looking down upon everyone like they were absolute morons. Everyone was intentionally killing themselves with the disease that laid within the water. People waited in their cars for the water to rise and as soon as it hit them they started screaming in pain. As the waters rose higher and higher and got closer to me, I begged to exit the dream and at the very last moment I did.

I drank rocket fuel from two rockets as part of an event. Made my stomach hurt a little, but I enjoyed the experience. There was a lady who was helping supply me with the rockets, which were controlled.

The only thing I can remember from any dreams last night was that my tongue was split open down the middle of it. I woke up and it was really sore so I looked at my tongue and it has a big crack going down the middle which im oretty sure was always there but i never realized it lol. Also to my surprise, I could still see where my old tongue piercing used to be. It's covered by this elastic looking membrane most likely due to the fact that I had it for so long, that's all it could do to heal.

Do you meditate? Kundalini. According to Edgar Cayce, the kundalini ascends in the shape of a cobra, arching over the back of the head to the crown chakra, then back down to the indigo chakra.

It can ascend in the shape of any snake. If constrictor, f.ex., it will often come from the back of your head an in front of your third eye as a final coil. I've read some reports of third eye before crown, though.
While not first hand experience I believe there are some variety to the snake and its path because we're all different.

I dreamt of a jolly man, somewhat round with grayish hair and small round glasses who responded to questions about me feeling unwell:
"I feel bad, is something wrong with me?"
"Well, you seem to have a bit of this and that."
"So I'm ill?"
"Sure, why not? You're not well in any case!"

"The ones where you don't feel too well!"

The conversational travesty continued for a while longer until concluding in:

The snake symbolizes the adept almost always, yeah? I'd take it as a positive image unless you felt uneasy or scared.

Last night my dreams have faded again, but I do have images of my husband and I scaling a giant cliff/gorge together, huge, endless, and breathtaking, holding on to each other and fearless. Simple and beautiful.

I had a dream I was in my old high school. We went on a trip and on the ride back I decided to meditate in the van. The others with me said they would, too, and at the end I was gonna meditate by myself. In meditation I realized that they were gonna try to mess with me, so decided to jump out of it before they could and tell them, "the jig was up."
I then came to the school and saw an old teacher and he really acted like he hated me. I had a discussion with him that got pretty heated and we then had a huge game against each other. The game played like tennis and racket ball mixed. I won in an epic finish.
I then walked down the hallway seeing old acquaintances and have weird run ins with many. I even fought with a few. When I got to the end of the hall way there was an event for another field trip that a friend wanted me to go on. It cost $5.05 I had $12 in my wallet and had to find change for the 5¢ and was given another $5. My friend was then changed into my old friend in a wheelchair. I helped him out to my car and had him in my drivers seat and wanted him to pull around for me to his car and drive us. He couldn't because of his condition and my car wasn't accessible. I then just got out of my car and left.
I walked with a girl that I was with and her friend was holding a baby and my sister. I was very forward with both of them on our walk. We got to a pond and I started to float across on these small floatable rocklike objects. I then took my sister by the hands leaned back and made her put her feet on my feet and took her across the water and she got super scared and I. put her down on a floating couch.
We then entered a train and sat down. There was singing and I saw a few people in wheelchairs come into our car. They had amazing voices and also made me feel terrible for how I left my friend before. More and more handicapped people I knew flooded the car and I was about to be hurt by them trampling me and would then be handicapped like them which I didn't want. I then decided to stop wanting protect myself and just let go. It was a powerful spiritual experience of acceptance. I then woke up.

My guides and/or higher self often use gruesome imagery to ensure that I will remember whatever message they wanted me to hear, veil or no veil.

It definitely works - sounds like you had a great dream, from that perspective - one you won't soon forget!

Last night though I dreamed I was stealing some secrets from a company, and got caught.
I was excited that I was going to be able to use the information for a competitive advantage.

I hope this doesn't say anything about my character. What if in a dream we are a thief?

So many vivid dreams last night, though I don't remember much of them. I remember there was some big thing about Lucifer I can't remember now, and Daniel, one of my guides, was present through a good majority of one of the dreams. At one point I was building a big, cardboard robot, which I thought was stupid but someone had asked me to build it.

My dreams have been especially vivid lately. I really need to get the dream journal going again.

You're fortunate to see your guides during your dreams. Do you notice them as your guide during the dream?

I remember being in my grandmothers kitchen and not feeling too well, no idea why. Then I found myself being invisible and observing different scenes where a man manipulated women in such a way that they had sex with him and immidiately commited suicide afterwards, one of them jumped out the window and I followed her as she fell, at one point she was singing while playing a bandoneon, which was sort of funny. There was a group of female investigators whom I could assist but I don't remember how. In the end the guy ran out of a large building and I knew I had to run after him because the speed at which he took off wasn't 'humanlike'. That's where it ended and I remember feeling joy while running because I used to love running my legs off as a child.

Do you run anymore? I think that was a clear message that you should incorporate more running into your life!! Whenever I feel less-than I try to remember my little child self that everyone forgot about and try to make her happy. She loved animals so I try to engage the animals in the neighborhood as well as my own pets to cheer me up, and without fail - child Guen is right.

I had an interesting dream last night. I was downtown somewhere and I suddenly became lucid. I was thrilled that I was able to maintain the dream environment without starting to wake up, as often happens. I then decided to have some fun and walked up to a mirror, deciding I would try changing my appearance. I tried to make myself look like a man, but was only partially successful. I succeeded in making myself look taller and shortened my hair, but I still looked pretty feminine. I then tried to create the environment that would be behind the next door, and that was only marginally successful as well.

The lucidity began to fade, and I was in an airport and ran into a girl who was being extremely rude to me. Seeing how I was in a dream I decided to be more vocal than I would in real life, and began expressing to her my dissatisfaction with her behavior. This caused her to become even more abhorrent in her behavior, and she seemed to be going out of her way to annoy/hurt me in any way she possibly could. For most of this I remembered I was dreaming, but then my husband came up and revealed, with no remorse, that he had been sleeping with her, and I lost it. I got extremely angry and started screaming and acting like a little kid. My mom came in and started making fun of me, and my husband and my mom were just sitting there laughing at me and talking about how stupid I was.

I went into such a rage that I was out in the hallway screaming and hitting things, totally out of control. I think my dad picked me up and carried me out of the area, and at some point I wound up either being placed in or going into a very dark closet. I regained some of my lucidity at this point and, seeing how the darkness frightened me a bit, I decided to fall back into it and let it saturate me until I was one with the darkness. I then woke up.

Not a 'Dream' as such (I find this term humorous, for this life is a Dream), but a recent meditation 'meandering'. I cannot account for the 'accuracy', as this is merely what I 'recall' (Seems Memory access is difficult for my dialogues conducted within the Alpha state, so may be 'proof' the mind is not playing a role as such in the processing).

I construct a environment within the Astral. Fairly simple, a vast expanse of green grass rolling on a hill towards a lone tree at the centre peak on a beautiful day. The sky is blue, and there is a light breeze. It proved a little difficult to 'maintain', as the boundaries of the environment were quite unstable, though this is usually indicative of my conscious mind taking hold and not quite 'letting go' as yet, which usually subsides as a conversation ensues. This is done via the imaginative faculty, rather than in a OBE state, for those curious.

I see a brown robed figure by the tree, which I walk up to. I recognize this as my Higher Self.

Me: Interesting, I normally see you with a Hood on. Now It is off!

HS: Hah, an astute observation! You will find this is indicative of yourself getting to know me better. As you awaken to your true heritage and begin to reconnect with me once more so will more of my Self be revealed to you. Remember however, that we are One, and so is actually representative of uncovering your true self.

Me: That makes sense, though it does not seem I have changed much.

HS: You do not see it the way we do. From our perspective you are making magnificent progress. There is a need to trust yourself, and to stay within the Now. All will come when it is time.

Me: Understood. One Q, I was told my 'native' density is what seems to equate to what I understand is the 9th?

HS: This is so, though we stress the importance of not placing emphasis on where one may have 'originated' from. You are here, and we say that there is no lesser or more important than another in terms of status. All is equal.

Me: Right, though I guess my Ego tends to have a field day on certain types of 'information'. I tend to feel and 'know' I am so much more than this Body I am in; it is frustrating at times, even though this past year I have made headways in this area and am much more content and at peace in my current incarnation.

HS: There is no shame in acknowledging your heritage, regardless of what it may be. Infact, one of your tasks is balancing this knowing whilst tapping into the reserves you have, making it available through various forms. At the same time, ensure the Ego is in check. There is a fine balance to be maintained.

Me: Thank you, though it seems each time I do this I feel I am making it all this up. How do I know I am not talking to myself in my head and that you are real?

HS: It is precisely because you question yourself that you know it is real. Answers which are spontaneous and are not thought of in advance do not come from the intellect. The mind is not processing the information, but rather tapping into that which is intuitive. Continue with these sessions, and they will develop in their own time. Again, we cannot stress the need to trust yourself and what comes. Keep a log, but do not immediately judge what it is you are getting. All will unfold in time.

this was my dream last night/this morning

I was in a massive complex that was just mind bogglingly huge. In it there were thousands of 5 story tall rooms in which there was a single bridge leading out to an island in the center of the room. The bridge "bridged" a gap over a hundred foot fall. on this island there was a large machine that was being powered by humans gripping the spokes on the sides and turning it. everything seemed to be made of glass. The bridge, the building, the island, the machine. all made of glass. The people were naked but for loincloths for the men, and loincloths and chest straps for the women. The humans were forced to drive this big machine to provide power for something outside of this mind bogglingly huge building. There were millions upon millions of humans doing this in thousands upon thousands of rooms. in each room there was a platform above the slaves/human. On it stood a vampire. He or she would make sure the slaves kept working till their shifts were over. The humans would work 10 hour shifts before being led to penned off areas where they would then sleep or be made to breed. there was no time for contemplation or joy. The humans had all their time taken up by something or another. I was a female human. I was one of the prettier ones around. In this dream I jumped up onto the platform to confront the vampire up above. He was very tall and looked like an egyptian priest. Only he looked much more evil and horrible than one. He was about to kill me for being so foolish as to leave my work station, when I started confessing my love for him. And how I wanted to be with him forever and ever. This was a ploy by me to get a better lot in life. Thinking that my good looks and charm could win me a privileged place in some other service position outside of this building. He was suddenly confused and could not bring himself to use his whip to whip me off the stage and into the darkness below. Suddenly the dream morphs a little bit. Now the vampire is a totally naked woman and she is leery of my proclamation of love. But I persist( I am still a woman) and I convince her. In a sudden instant she zips to my side and grabs me. She pulls me down and starts to turn me into a vampire. She drains me mostly dry and then lets me bite into her neck and drink of her blood. As I do this I suddenly feel great power surge through me and I find myself unable to hold back the truth. I suddenly tell her that this is what I wanted, to be a vampire so I could kill her. I am done drinking from her neck and she turns over and looks me dead in the eyes. She says that I miscalculated because she had spikes held between her toes, and she could pierce my neck and heart thereby killing me in an instant. But I stop her with the sudden realization that I do like her a little bit. I tell her to stop right as she is about to kill me. I say "I may not love you, but I do like you" I then kiss her and she drops her legs down and stops her attack. The dream skips ahead and we are racing at vampire speed through the halls of the building trying to outrun the other vampires that are trying to catch us. She has broken a cardinal rule of never turning a human. We escape the building and run across a huge expanse of water. We head towards gigantic mountains in the distance that have huge metal spires attached to them. These metal spires are space elevators that will be able to get us into space to catch a ride on a passing ship. Our plan is to find a planet that the vampire confederation knows nothing about and live out eternity there together. It is at this point that I start to wake up an my dream stops.

Anyone ever have those nuclear blast type dreams? I remember a few from over the years all of them where distinct nuclear blasts and the dream cuts as soon as it hits.

Had one like the bomb dreams but it was the earth core exploding, and for a few seconds when it exploded instead of waking up or w/e I just felt intense heat and an almost freeing sensation not the usual surprise/horror of the other explosion dreams.

Then while watching superman today

when krypton explodes at the start I felt an extreme sense of deja-vu and straight away that same feeling came over me for a split second.

Anyone ever have those nuclear blast type dreams? I remember a few from over the years all of them where distinct nuclear blasts and the dream cuts as soon as it hits.

I've had several nuclear blast dreams, and they are always the same. I see the bomb falling, and then everything immediately goes white and I am weightless, floating in an infinite sea of whiteness. The feeling of being torn out of a body that instantaneously is...unsettling to say the least, and not something I would call comfortable, but it is also a very interesting sensation, similar to very extreme butterflies in the stomach. It is the same sensation I get when I die in other ways in my dreams- instant weightlessness and the sensation of flying through a vast expanse of what I would consider pure energy.

And Gemini, Daniel is just Daniel. I recognize him as nothing else. He is usually the only guide that ventures into my dreams, at least in the form and personality I am familiar with, though there is an old Asian guy (think those classic old martial arts masters) who also makes occasional appearances.
