these forums are heavily weighted to the male side of things (80:20 population ratio?) and there's a lot of techies and gamers here (both pc and console).
my question is -
do you game less or more, or the same since you started taking your spiritual seeking more seriously?

I have had a few 'bouts' of gaming in the last 6 years; where I will just drop-out of the world for a few weeks (usually 3-5 weeks or so) and just indulge in whatever games I get my hands on. These 'bouts' are not too frequent; perhaps once a year, or maybe once every 18 months. But I go pretty full-on.
for me personally (and there are many many reasons to game) I think it was an orange-ray related issue ... to do with personal power and effectiveness ... and I would retreat to games when things got too out of hand in real life ... but that's just my understanding of it, and the way I used games. Like television, there are many ways of using that 'gadget'; some beneficial, some benign, and some for escape.
games are cool; but I don't feel anywhere near as much attraction to them as I once did. I still remember the old Space Quests and Hero's Quests lol. Eye of the Beholder. Pools of Radiance. haha. Get me a time machine!
peace
