For a very long time now, I have always felt that I lacked in will power to progress as fast as I am capable of.
I then realized that I am quick to anger and tied the two together after reading something Ra said about following your anger and seeing its folly.

Anyone know a productive way to channel that anger energy into some progressive good-natured will power?

A good laugh and physical activity (especially masturbation) helps me a lot.

Try and balance it with love or feelings of peace through meditation. Because you can't have the up without the down. Then accept them both as part of your self as a complete prefect whole.

what sort of things make you angry?

is there a pattern or theme, or something that will consistently make you 'angry'?

Open up to the intellect when this happens. You will find that anger is a "shrunken" perspective.

Little nuisances make me angry. Things that are uncomfortable or disrupt my flow. For example: getting a phone call at a "bad" time, My clothes getting caught on something, Not having enough "space" or "time".

Exactly. Once you can realize that anger is an absolutely useless emotion, it'll start to fade slowly but surely.

Just think about how counterproductive it is. It accomplishes absolutely nothing in terms of making a situation any better. In many ways such negative emotions do more harm to not only yourself but other selves around you as such negativity is contagious. By laughing at it, you are giving the situation the proverbial middle finger in your own little way without experiencing the negativity that comes along with overreacting.

If you are in a situation where it boils over and you cannot contain it. Let it out, recognize it, accept it, forgive yourself, laugh and move on. It may sound more difficult than it seems but it really is an easy fix once you've mastered it.

Instead, how about getting to the root of it and recognize that anger is a failed projection. That way you can recognize it as catalyst.
