If 3rd Density vibrations stop once the planet fully reaches fourth density that would explain the lack of traces of 3rd density civilization on planets such as Venus.
Of course dense vibration such as 3rd density materials could simply erode with time but still.
The lack of traces of civilization on Venus could support this assertion. Of course the amount of time that goes on in the transition could be enough to simply erode anything once fashioned from a 3rd density mind/body/spirit complex.
