About Gandhi - I think to have read that he did it, when he supposedly was in a hunger strike for some political reason.

If we think Ghandi was STS and we are STO, then we are lost.

Well, as I said earlier, I highly doubt that Ghandi was STS...my point is just that, like pretty much all of us incarnate here, that he may have had some very human distortions and didn't always speak and act in a way that was 100% enlightened and non-ego driven all day every day in everything he ever said and did. As far as weird sex magic by sleeping with those women...I'm doubtful that's what Ghandi was trying to do. It was a braggadocios stunt and/or maybe trying to prove something to himself more than anything because he was in judgment and condemnation of his own sexual impulses and coming from an standpoint of control and denial rather than acceptance and integration. Not an STS thing, just a totally human distortion. Even though Ghandi was probably STO...could somebody live a life that looks much like his and act in a seemingly STO fashion but actually be STS? Definitely. Not everything is what it seems on the surface. Look at Alesiter Crowley for example, while the subject has been mentioned. His life and outward actions appeared, and in many cases simply were of an STS nature. Somehow though, his soul was STO. A big part was drug use turning his energy field into swiss cheese-he went though some bad health and was treated with heroine(for those that don't know it wasn't always a street drug, it was a pharmaceutical invention that's pretty much the precursor to all modern opiates that are still messing people up and back then was often prescribed). He became hooked on the drugs, and this combined with gratuitous blundering with sex and ritual magic and summoning demons and it's easy to see how he got to a point where he was "no longer in control of his own actions" I think the point is, it's hard to "judge a book by its cover" just looking at the outward flow of somebody's incarnation, especially if you are looking at some historical figure from a larger-than life, "angels and demons" sort of perspective. I think when we just see these people as human we can get a lot closer to really understanding them. (12-07-2020, 05:40 AM)moyal Wrote:(12-07-2020, 02:57 AM)Aion Wrote: ...the more ya know! The first form I'm familiar with, a type of karezza, the second is a method you see in a variety of forms. Softcore, unless you're Elizabeth Bathory I suppose. I also don't really think that's the sort of thing Ghandi was doing though. What he was doing seems more reflective of extreme asceticism than any kind of vampirism. I think it's more likely he sought to control his human nature by any means necessary.

If you take the trouble to go beyond hearsay and actually read the guy's autobiography, you'll get far more insight into his orientation. Otherwise, you might be just shooting in the dark.
