Mindfulness meditation, dream journals and writing down your thoughts feelimgs and actions can help you to know yourself. Then the next step is to balance and accept your emotions and distortions in your chakras. Ask your spirit or your spirit guide to try to teach you in your dreams how to use the catalyst and balance. As always a certain level of meditation is required for balancing but not using the catalyst.
