    question: do you have any desire that you are unwilling to fulfill, either in practice or imagination?

    even the most taboo thought or fantasy.

    if you are unwilling to entertain it, you are ignoring/overcoming it.

    as a side note, a lot of bizarre desires are keyed to blockages. So examining what one considers 'strange wants' can help backtrace the source of the blockage. By not dealing with the blockage, one is perpetuating it.

    ie, this is just another example of the general approach of examining and observing one's mental chamber, and learning to understand and then accept all that passes through it.
