In truth there is no right or wrong. What is is, and stating it so can be taken positively or negatively. I agree that if one is to see something in that list as negative, it is most likely that what you dislike is a reflection of something one sees in them self, and seeking to remove thus distortion is positive.

It was Mahatma Gandhi who said that, well, more exactly "You must be the change you want to see in the world".
