The transition will be very gradual. There is NO NEED to create higher expectations of the world, the world will be very similar after 2012.

The transition from 3D to 4D has been underway for a few decades. The date 2012 marks the time when third density beings will no longer be allowed to manifest into new bodily lifeforms on earth. All third density beings will need to manifest on other planets to experience the physical realm.
The transition from 3D to 4D for those of us one this planet is a gradual phasing out of the old lower vibration and phasing into the higher vibration. It's a gradual process just as the seasons of the year gradually shift from one to another.
Fourth density lifeforms still find the need for physical confrontation. So as the transition unfolds wars can not be ruled out. Gradually this planet will become a positive 4D planet as the sub-logi Sun is biased toward compassion. But still physical confrontations with outside forces can not be ruled out either.
Sickness and decay will gradually diminish because one of the traits of fourth density beings is the ability transform particles into any physical form desired. Also 4D entities eventually inhabit a higher frequency and more dense bodily form, not subject to the decay and sicknesses of 3D.
Those that consider themselves the elite will still be with us after 2012. This planet will not be rid of them until they leave their physical forms. This will take a few generations. The more positive the earth becomes the less need there will be for the opposite polarity.
Fourth density positive is of love and compassion towards all. Having made the choice of the positive or negative polarity in third density, only those that have chosen positive will incarnate on this planet. The fourth density negatives will incarnate on a 4D negative planet.
