Yes, this is from the LOO. Ra does not say what is, but said they could approximate what is not. I have translated to our perspective. I could quote the specifics if you desire so, but I suggest that one should read the entire set prior to going into the study of specifics.

So, when we begin 4D, do we begin it as who we are now?

Who we are now? Who is that? This physical vehicle and vibratory sound complex you perceive yourself to be is an illusion, a pretty costume, as it were. Upon cessation of your physical vehicle, you will be who you are, a most beautiful and wondrous spirit.

My personal understanding and belief is that all 3rd density physical vehicles will be terminated prior to ascension, but it may be possible that those that have already attained ascension and have incarnated here for the harvest may remain, though the third density vehicles will be of no use in 4D and might simply phase away. It has also been suggested to me, from someone who I respect deeply and knows all of the channelled materials very well, that any which have made the choice and are open to remaining for 4D might also have their DNA reprogrammed so that they too may remain. In all honesty, no one knows for sure, and our elders do not think it significant enough to tell us if the understood process (as per my belief) has been changed.

Like will I start 4D as Kristy - only a more "enlightened" version, and look like me, etc.? Or will Kristy be history? If so, will I remember Kristy? I think that if we lose who we are now, I feel a bit (okay...a LOT) sad because my two youngest children are still very young (age 8 and 5 little girls, the other two are age 29 and 17).

You will remember what was important from your many hundreds of lives, and what was unimportant will be forgotten. In 4D, what you will look like will be up to you, as that will be your manifested choice. Physical looks are of unimportance in 4D though, for what is important is the soul, and that is open for all to see. 4D will have families to be sure, and children will be a continuing part of the joy and love, only on a much more personal level. New children will be brought about in the same method as the 3rd. In the 6th density physical relations are replaced by what we might think of as fusion.

You say a life span is 90,000 years...are you saying that all lives will last that long, or are there variances like here in 3D? Is dead in 4D painful or scary or have the possibility of horror like it does here on 3D? Or do we just say, "Okay, I'm done. Off I go to start another one."

The end of life will not be a fearful event, for the understanding of unity with the One Creator is part of 4D. The reason for this death of the physical vehicle is explained by Ra that the body will simply become weary after such a period of time. Yes, all lives will be approximately this long. Think "This has been a wonderful car, but it is simply worn out. Time for a new shiny one!"
