The "No Fly Zone" is only for aircraft weighing 7,000 kg (15,400 lbs) or more.

Goodyear has also claimed that the blimp was indeed flying over the opening ceremony.

Not to rain on the parade- I wish the ETs would show themselves just as much as anybody- but now more than ever it is important to do our due diligence.
