Valtor, got it!, thank you.. now just one more thing. According to Q'uo, can a 4D incarnate or disincarnate still access 3D time-space?, and therefore still be of influence here. Just trying to see the exact vantage of a 4D wanderer choosing to remain in 3D time-space rather than proceed to graduation. There's something I'm missing.
