Valtor, thank you.. so an inner planes 3Der can go back and forth at will, from the inner and outer planes of this dimension? And this would differ from a 4D graduate, in that these ones would be able to enter 3D time-space but not 3D space-time directly(?); am I getting this right. Please correct if not. Thank you.
