It's not even that I was long enough in the sun to get burnt ... I was walking mostly in the shade, and when there was a sunny part it just felt so uncomfortable - I cannot really describe it.
As if the sunlight was too dense and intruding right into my skull, pressuring it.
I maybe did not even spend a whole minute in the sun.
A colleague of mine who has dark complexion and hair says he notices it getting a lot stronger too... he never got burnt but now he has to take care.
I burnt my eyes after my awakening and later read that it can happen as a result of third eye opening, this can cause extreme light sensitivity. I also got the impression I am paler since then - and I have a naturally light complexion, celtic skin tone.
