I found lately that when I close my eyes I'm sort of watching video clips that play out. There might be a character that I like, and suddenly he'll morph and grow some swirly patterrns that make him look cooler. Then as I get excited about it, the character will morph more, perhaps face or such to make him look even more cooler. The gesture will change as well, and I'll learn really a lot about what I like. Because I get excited, it attracts a better version. Then the scene develops based on emotional feedback almost in realtime. Continually getting better.
Also, I'll sometimes see some "freaky" image, although I wouldn't call it that as there's not really any fear. I just notice something and determine if I prefer, or if I don't prefer it. If I don't prefer, I just let it go and love it. If I do prefer, I get excited and empower it with emotion to make it more beautiful. Thus I'm integrating what I prefer as well as what I don't prefer.
