The only thing I would like to add is that it is very important to remember the one being healed is healing themselves, we are just conduits to help the love energy flow into them to help them find their healed state. From what I understand, if we start to think that we are the ones doing the healing, that is when it moves to an STS transfer as said by ayadew.
