I serve myself meaning all the decisions I make I try to make in a way that is what I desire or what will feel best in my available options to me. Ironically, to those around me it appears as if I am serving them.

Sometimes, I get a little pulled into duty. Like today, I was helping some old people fix things around their house, I was enjoying this work for pay and some communication with them. However, they were so sweet and cute that I found myself listening to them a little bit longer then I really wanted to. It wasn't much, but I don't like that feeling of duty.
