Jim, it could be some tinnitus too. You could see a doctor to write that off.

Greetings all,

I've been to see my doctor today and asked about my left ear tinnitus.

She examined both my ears and stated that there was no apparent physical cause for this.

When asked as to the causes of tinnitus he reply was that it is pretty much unknown..

The positive news is that she said that because my tinnitus had remained at a constant level in the one ear, it was unlikely to degenerate any further - thank goodness for that!!!

But the cause still remains a mystery, oh well, just one of many mysteries that this incarnation has offered to me.
