I guess the question is, how you do anchor light to your surroundings?

You have to balance and open your energy centers in order to allow the flow of energy through you in the first place. In whatever direction you choose to work.

i draw energy into my chakras through my crown (spiritual energy) and through my root (earth energy) simultaneously. i circulate these energies through all my chakras, then send them out in white light through my heart chakra. if the energy is very strong it also flows out through the palms of my hands. i do balance my chakras frequently with the pendulum you sent to me (thanks )

the light that flows out from my heart and hands is intelligent spiritual energy, as in reiki. it knows what is needed and where to anchor. i merely give it a source to flow through.
