This thread is really inspiring me. In fact, I am resonating so much with it that I feel, for me, it's really important.

I have read about spinning--the first time in "Bringers of the Dawn." I did their version of it back in the early nineties, and at the time, had many amazing "paranormal" experiences.

The 90-degree turn is documented in Castaneda's books when "dreaming" to access another "dimension."
