So, let me get this straight Oldern, you are saying do not tell others what you think, BUT energy exchange is part of this existence in any form.

Is this not a paradox?Or at least a contradiction?

I am saying it is inevitable to tell others what you think even if you choose to tell it in a form that is prohibitive (i.e. do not do this, do not that). The paradox is that until one realizes from the inside that there is no need for argument, well, until that point, everything pointing towards that direction is nothing but a catalyst, an exchange. You cant really change anything that does not want to change from within.
