Lulu I am certainly no expert, but it sounds to me like you are experiencing overactivation. I think it would be good to find a teacher or transpersonal psychologist who understands this sort of thing, who could help guide you through the process in order to integrate your experience. One thing to understand is that you can set boundaries for yourself. Visualize an energetic bubble of protection around you frequently throughout the day, this can be semi- permeable so that what is for your highest good can reach you, but negative or chaotic energies stay out. Ask your guides and spiritual helpers/ angels for help and support.
Self- love and care is really important, take time alone, be protective of your space and energy. You are probably hypersensitized, so be mindful of that. Get grounded, lots of time in nature, eating denser foods, physical exercise. Spiritual exercises are probably less important now until your body stabilizes.
It can be overwhelming when you are sensitive to all the energy around you, so be really kind to yourself. Wrap yourself in Gaia's protective love, she is right there with you.
