Does anyone know if Ra talks about Polarity in Frequency regarding sensations when polarized or non, between entities?

I'm still searching for a solution to relieve myself of head sensations that began with spirit experiences a few years ago.

At first it was nearly all the time and when certain spirit entity were around me and interacting with me. At least now it's almost always ONLY when others are around me.

It seems to me to be a sort of polarity in frequency. I have yet to solve it, but it's somewhat jeopardizing and disabling. Basically I feel mostly very joyful when I'm alone. I know how to manage my thoughts and I live a very free existence that with almost no worries etc.

However others enter the stage and I get a blast of very uncomfortable sensations in the front forehead, temple area and on the crown of the head.

The others could be on the phone or talking with others, and often completely not involving me. Even when I am doing something else, such as on my computer, I will still get blasted with these sensations.

With certain people the energy is so intensely uncomfortable it will make me ill to eat in the same room with them.

I have tried many methods of self-protection which I am well learned in including Monroes Hemi-Sync processes among others --which have not worked. Also I have tried to consciously tune-in to their deeper self and sort through the issue and visualize them differently. This works with much focus and energy. I have even had one person leave the room in tears, albeit unknowing to them why, however it takes SO much focus and quite frankly it's not a task I want.

So yes, if any one knows of any material that could offer something about this, I would forever appreciate that. Meanwhile I tend to hermitize... avoid social experiences and find myself from blissing out to feeling I need to recover and be alone again.

apologies if I've disrupted this thread. I'm not sure where to post this or if at all. I'm getting the sense I should avoid making new threads and not be the "demanding/annoying newbie".

Actually, I am not sure if questions are even welcome on this forum in this way.

For now, I am deleting my own posts if/when they are not responded to. I feel a bit as having walked into a lively cocktail party where the others are all quite content in and amongst themselves and not interested in getting to know anyone new. I understand that and It's nice you have a great relationship with each other. I have not seen many forums as productive as this.

Lulu - please understand that most of us aren't "here" all the time. I, for example, have been traveling the past week and have mostly been checking in from my phone. Your questions are always welcome, sometimes, though, it does take awhile to get an answer.

As for your question here - the only thing I have found that works for me is to try to empty myself and allow myself to be filled only with the Creator's love, then to allow that love to radiate out from me to anyone who will accept it. Seems to work for me most of the time.
