just a quick note:

if you guys EVER run into trouble, and cannot fend off a thought form/attack, then ask the ArcAngel Michael (that's pronounced Mick-a-el, it rhymes with Raph-a-el), for assistance.

even if you don't believe in this stuff (which I didn't, raised an atheist), this is a last resort measure to save your sanity.
