I remember the first time I heard the expression -
"you are a spiritual being having a physical experience".
in that instant, many of my fears just vaporised on the spot.

these days, my one outstanding concern would be losing my personal connection to Unity, for whatever reason. (not unity100 lol) (but that joke's getting old haha)
