I remember that 72:16 quote! I was wondering since then, since I did not read it carefully the first time, why would Orion entity activate the green ray? Now I see that Ra talk about the instrument, and as she had an overactivation of the green ray, and dimmed indigo center, I understand the nature of the greeting (I think). It is as you have said, plenum, Orion entity activate existing distortions, and as Ra put it - either that entity feels energized - after Confederation greeting, or blocked - after negative greeting.
