mental 'disorders' seems to be a very wide, almost catch all term for anyone who doesn't fit the DSM.

The point at which the Law of Free Will kicks into 'action'.
Accept the 'diagnosis' of Highest Self.
Again it is about authority.
What does the author get to do?
